Hey! I'm Melissa.
Ever since we're little kids, we spend hours on end watching movie after movies. Some movies include talking dinosaurs, some include superheros. Every time I think of my childhood, I often remember the countless Disney Classics that I would watch on constant repeat. From Cinderella to The Lion King, I fell in love with them all. When someone asked me what I wanted to be when I grow up, I would without a doubt say a Princess. Now we all know that is a little far fetched, and we often lose sight of the idea of princes and princesses. In reality we're all our own Disney Prince of Princess (Whichever you prefer). We may not own a sparkly diamond crown or tiara, but in our minds we should.
The idea for this blog came from a college visit, actually. During this visit I was asked "If you could have lunch with anyone dead or alive, who would it be and why? It can't be Abe Lincoln or George Washington either." I picked Walt Disney.
Maybe it's because of his creative charm, or simply my obsession with the mouse. Regardless, you'll get an inside view of my mind. In this blog, I'll be talking about all things Disney.
